The Northern Wairoa Hotel keeps things simple and practical. Free WiFi at 25+ Mbps is available in all rooms and in some public areas, and free self parking with off-street options is provided on site. A restaurant and a bar and lounge are both part of the hotel, an ATM is available for cash, and the front desk is staffed during limited hours. Daily housekeeping looks after your room throughout your stay, English is spoken by the team, and as a historic building the hotel does not have an elevator.
In the rooms you will find air conditioning, a 40-inch LCD TV with premium digital channels, free toiletries and either a private bathroom or an in-room sink with a shared bathroom, depending on the room type. Safety features throughout the property include a fire extinguisher and a security system.

Check-in runs from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and the minimum check-in age is 18. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and is staffed during limited hours only, so after-hours check-in is not available - please let us know your arrival time in advance. Access is by the front desk during those hours.
Children are welcome, but cribs and rollaway or extra beds are not available, and pets are not allowed. Extra-person charges may apply depending on hotel policy, and government-issued photo identification along with a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability on arrival and may incur additional charges, so they cannot be guaranteed. The hotel accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash.
